Our Rosemary Olive Oil is produced by co-pressing fresh, healthy Chemlali olives with organically grown Rosemary. The end result is an extremely complex, aromatic and versatile fused olive oil. Perfect for any application involving poultry, pork, lamb, beef, wild game or sautéed/roasted/grilled vegetables. Rosemary Olive Oil pairs extremely well with our Sicilian Lemon, Oregano and Grapefruit White barrel aged Italian balsamics. Also combines perfectly with any fruity dark barrel aged Italian balsamic, especially our Pomegranate and Black Cherry balsamics.
18 year-aged traditional balsamic, 12 year-aged balsamic, Black Cherry balsamic, Fig balsamic, Red Apple balsamic, Strawberry balsamic, & Raspberry balsamic, Oregano balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic, Violet balsamic, and Pomegranate balsamic vinegars.

Using our products is super simple and if you can use a tablespoon, which we know you can, then you can master any application. Please keep in mind; flavors are interchangeable across our recipes. For example, if a recipe calls for Rosemary Olive Oil and you only have Tuscan Herb Olive Oil we’d say go for it. Most importantly, experiment and have fun!
All of our super fresh olive oils will have the same nutritional content; 120 calories/tablespoon, 14 total grams fat, 2 grams saturated, 1 gram polyunsaturated, and 10 grams monounsaturated (healthy) fats. Our olive oils do NOT contain sodium. All flavored olive oils are only infused with natural organic flavors.
